    2.Create a meditation schedule: Setting a fixed time helps you practice meditation more consistently. Without scheduling it, you may forget or not give it enough importance.

    3.Find a dedicated meditation space: The environment greatly affects meditation, especially for beginners. It is difficult to focus in a noisy place with children crying, TV sounds, or clutter. Try choosing a corner of your home that feels suitable—it does not need to be large. Designate it as your meditation space. Over time, your brain will recognize this as a place where your body should feel calm and stop wandering thoughts.
